Stop the Incinerator at Devonport Dockyard

 Plymouth TUC rigorously opposes the construction of incinerators as a “solution” to the management of household and industrial waste. CO2 emissions and the threat of Climate Change is all too real, and we have little time to cut greenhouse emissions and transfer production to a carbon neutral, energy efficient society.
